Amanda at PLUME photography captured the most perfect pictures of our newborn baby daughter and put us at ease during a very sleepless time in our lives!

I was hesitant to book newborn photos because I was worried about feeling overwhelmed, & as it turns out, we had to move our shoot due to a stint in the NICU. Amanda couldn't have been more flexible & encouraging in working with us to find the right time for our family.

Amanda has photographed our growing family through the years and her work never disappoints. She is always patient and subtly draws out our individual personalities and dynamics as a family. Her photos are never contrived or fussy. The moments she has captured through the years of our now family of five are genuine, organic, full of whimsy, and such treasures for our family.

Inevitably, wrangling a newborn, a toddler & a dog ends up with someone crying and mom sweating. It can be high stress! I was nervous about newborn photos with my second - there was a lot of spanx involved! - but somehow, she made me laugh and feel just as beautiful as ever - which a month after giving birth is actually worth all the money in the world.

Our 2-year-old was the biggest challenge and insisted on having a yellow dumpster truck in the photos! Amanda was extremely patient and made it work, and the pictures are gorgeous.
