I was hesitant to book newborn photos because I was worried about feeling overwhelmed, & as it turns out, we had to move our shoot due to a stint in the NICU. Amanda couldn't have been more flexible & encouraging in working with us to find the right time for our family.

Inevitably, wrangling a newborn, a toddler & a dog ends up with someone crying and mom sweating. It can be high stress! But, Amanda has truly seen it all (or at least makes you feel that she has) and never, ever gets rattled. Instead, she truly helps zen the mood! I was nervous about newborn photos with my second - there was a lot of spanx involved! - but somehow, she made me laugh and feel just as beautiful as ever - which a month after giving birth is actually worth all the money in the world.

I highly recommend working with Amanda! She took our newborn photos at our home when our second son was born. Our 2-year-old was the biggest challenge and insisted on having a yellow dumpster truck in the photos! Amanda was extremely patient and made it work, and the pictures are gorgeous. We love all of our pictures (and memories) from that session!
